The dining team at the University of Houston continually looks for ways to introduce the flavors of the city to the campus. It has hosted pop-ups with a famous smashburger maker, a vegan restaurant entrepreneur and a local gourmet cookie vendor. UH Dining Services not only feeds the students and staff, but it also has its own catering department, runs concessions at the 40,000-seat football stadium and the 7,000-seat basketball arena. It is even responsible for the dining facilities at the University of Houston Clear Lake campus more than 20 miles away.
